What the game stores about you

• Your account: your name, your email address, a hash of your password (never the password itself), your language, when you registered, the days you signed in and the version of the rules you accepted.
• Each device you are signed in on: a keyed hash of its address and of its browser, and a label for the browser, until you sign out or the session runs out. Each sign-in: the same hashes and label, kept for a fixed number of days and then deleted.
• What you do in the game: your machines, credits, upgrades, acts, heat and cluster, and the record of every credit that moved.
• What you write: messages, cluster board posts, chat lines, your profile text and picture, and the words you leave on machines.
• Moderation records: reports you file or that are filed about you, warnings, mutes and bans, and what moderators did.
• A question you send the admins without an account: the email address you give, your question and their answer.

All of it is used only to run the game.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in Settings. It closes at once: your email address is free to register again and your name stays taken.

An account nobody signs in to for 30 days is closed the same way.
